Ready Mix Truck
Wash & Wax
A complete maintenance wash with continuous concrete removal built in. Ready Mix Truck Wash & Wax removes concrete as effectively as hydrochloric acid — without the corrosion. It cuts through grease, dirt, and road film, then leaves a protective carnauba wax finish with an anti-stick coating that makes future buildup harder to adhere. Safe on glass, aluminum, chrome, rubber, plastic, and paint. Apply and rinse — no neutralizing step required.

Fusion
Fusion is the third stage — the one that keeps buildup from ever starting. It's an internal anti-stick treatment for ready-mix drums, hoppers, and chutes: SynGuard plus an anti-abrasion chemical that coats steel or composite with a surface up to 100× the anti-stick of Teflon. Concrete simply won't bond to the walls or fins. Less water per washout, maximum discharge, no added hardened-concrete weight, no fin damage, and — long term — no more chipping concrete, an expensive and dangerous job.
